Don"t make the reason you wake up everyday to eat. Eat because you are out there living your life!
A couple of months ago I was not where near being able to button up these pants. Now I can fit into these pants comfortably. Such an awesome feeling. What are some of your fitness accomplishments?

Motivation

I really did not want to get up and exercise today. I knew that if I didn't I would regret it. Working out has made me have a more positive outlook in my life, and just feel way better about myself. It has helped with my pcos symptoms.
